Caren Munnelly
Caren has over 20 years of experience of working in the construction industry. Supporting the Project Managers she has a clear understanding of each project, she’s often the central point of contact having built relationships with the client, contractor and consultant partners. She coordinates the flow of information between all stakeholders and implements the systems and processes required to ensure a project runs smoothly.
She is also responsible for managing the tender process, liaising with the contractors, client and legal teams, together with the preparation of the contract documents.
Caren has an excellent eye for detail and works closely with the client during the design development and fit-out to ensure the layouts, design and furniture finishes are delivered to the brief and specification.
