As a Project Manager Gary is responsible managing your project, providing the interface between you and the respective stakeholders to ensure agreed objectives and standards are met.

He is a professional fit-out Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience. Having worked on both the client side and contractor side Gary is in the unique position of understanding the necessity of clear direction and communication between all parties involved. Having the ability to plan, lead and complete projects from initial concept to completion including scheduling, budgetary planning and assuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as health and safety, local planning and management of a diverse group of stakeholders.

Creative problem solving and a solution-focus has been an essential element when project managing refurbishment projects for blue chip clients, delivering on time, on budget and to the required high standards demanded by the customer, both internal and external.
