As a Senior Project Manager, Tolu will be managing your projects to ensure client expectations are met within agreed timelines, to quality specifications and within budget.

Tolu’s experience as a project Manager spans over 10 years, having worked as Project Coordinator and Project Manager for private businesses and the Local Authority.

With this background, she’s able to fully understand the client brief and effectively communicate with all parties. She will plan and lead your projects through the project lifecycle from initial concept through completion, including scheduling and budgetary planning whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as health and safety, local planning and management of several internal/ external stakeholders.
