What are the health benefits of a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk – also known as a standing desk or adjustable desk – can offer a variety of benefits for both your physical and mental health, whether you’re working in the office or from home.

Moving between sitting and standing while working can help you avoid slouching over your keyboard, which can become a common problem if you’re regularly sitting for long periods.
