Implementation
Implementation begins with procurement and we will help achieve best value by a controlled and well specified tender process. We will identify areas of work to be completed and manage the tender for your consideration and approval.
We will pre-qualify all contractors and ensure the following:
- Existing furniture will be uninstalled and re-installed safely
- Existing AV systems will be uninstalled and re-installed professionally
- All technology is disconnected and reconnected by approved contractors
- Unwanted furniture is recycled wherever possible
- All works are fully accredited and insured
- All quotations will include cleaning in both the original and new sites for a professional finish
IT and telecoms relocation are specialist tasks and we only recommend fully accredited technicians to decommission, package and recommission your valuable equipment. All relevant cables will be installed into the new location in a tidy and managed fashion using cable risers where possible and cable tidies if necessary.
Your staff are likely to need a clear and informative guide for relocation. We will suggest a bespoke Move Guide that should be provided for everyone. It will include the following:
- Location of new building
- Meet & Greet procedure for new building
- Their location in the new building
- Dates and locations for packing crates
- Recommendations for house keeping
- Packing protocol
- Labelling protocol
- Timetable for moves
