Workshops
Workshops are programmed to suit your requirements and can be held remotely or face to face. We will work with your project team to create an agreed agenda and we will run the workshops posing relevant questions and advising as required. Each workshop will either be recorded or minuted and issued for record.
Listed below are the 2 most typical types of workshop.
- Project Goals Workshop - An introduction workshop with the Stakeholder Team to identify the project goals and possible options to achieve them.
Topics can include, likes and dislikes of current space, options for change, IT & HR requirements & challenges and project risks. We should also cover general/budget expectations & project hopes.
It is usual to have one Project Goals Workshop to provide project strategy and direction at the beginning of the project, it is possible however that subsequent workshops may also be required to track and approve progress.
- Focus Group Workshops – These are normally carried out with Project Champions; they are representatives from your business, pre-selected to both speak for the wider company and to offer inhouse knowledge. They are expected to disseminate information and agreed solutions from the Focus Group sessions to ensure cohesion.
It is likely that 3 or 4 of these workshops may be required.
Topics can include, how you currently work, options for change, design options to support the change and change management procedures.
Drop-in sessions may also be needed for staff to ask questions that cannot be answered by their champions. These are most likely to be carried out remotely, this will enable us to make sure the right person is available to answer the question. However, face to face options can be arranged if preferred.
